Orders and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Secure prepaid payments are processed through Cashfree and may include UPI, cards, and net banking. Cash on delivery is available when shown at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within India only. We do not offer international shipping.

Is free shipping available?

Yes. Orders of ₹599 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Other shipping charges are shown at checkout.

How will I track my order?

Tracking details are shared after dispatch when available.

Exchange and product care

Can intimate products be returned?

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel are generally non-returnable. Eligible exchanges may be requested within 7 working days for operational issues, damaged items, or an incorrect item received, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

How should I care for my lingerie?

Follow the care instructions on the product label. Gentle hand washing and air drying usually help preserve shape and fabric.
