Delivery area

XXYX Lingerie currently ships within India only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹599 or more. For lower-value orders, prepaid shipping is generally ₹75–₹90 and cash-on-delivery shipping is generally ₹120–₹150. The final charge shown at checkout applies to your order.

Dispatch

Orders received before 11:00 AM may enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on holidays, or during unusually busy periods may be processed on the next business day. Dispatch timing can vary by stock verification and serviceability.

Courier and tracking

Orders are generally shipped through Blue Dart or another suitable delivery partner where required. Tracking details are shared after dispatch when available.

Express delivery

Express delivery may be offered on eligible orders and locations. Availability and charges are shown at checkout or confirmed by customer support.

Delivery issues

Please ensure that your address and phone number are correct. Delays caused by weather, public holidays, remote-area service limits, or courier disruptions may be outside our control. Contact us if your parcel appears delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
