How to measure for bras

1. Underbust: Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
2. Full bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape level.
3. Fit check: The band should sit level, cups should contain the bust without gaps or spillage, and straps should feel secure without digging in.

If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

How to measure for panties

1. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
2. Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Choose the size that best matches your hip measurement. For more coverage or a relaxed fit, select the next size up.
